Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering
How To Apply
Application forms are available at University Campus.
Bio-medical engineering is a relatively new field that merges technical knowledge of engineering with biology and medicine in order to improve the field of medicine. Bio-medical engineers are responsible for coming up with the different machines used in surgery; they design them and improve those that are already available in the field so that they can be efficient. They are also responsible for the research done on organ transplants in medicine. For one to be a bio-medical engineer one must have an interest in medicine and be ready to do a lot of research. Medicine is a dynamic field; hence, the need for more machines and instruments that can improve the quality of medicine offered is as high as the need for more professionals in bio-medical engineering.
