The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program equips students with knowledge, skills and attitude needed to practice nursing. It is designed to prepare clinically competent professional nurses. Upon completion of the program, nurses are able to utilize critical thinking in providing holistic nursing care and play a role as change agents in nursing practice and education in any health care setting.
Degree requirements for this program are:
- Pakistani System Aggregate 50% HSC (Pre-Medical) British System Subjects at Ordinary and Advanced level equivalent to 50% of the Higher Secondary Education (Pre-Medical) in Pakistan.
- Required O-level mark sheet must accompany the application.
- African System Completed at least 12 years in school, achieving a minimum aggregate of \'C\' plain.
- Achievements in science subjects.
At the conclusion of the five years, students will be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse. \"Nursing\" is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life.
